We are a Canadian business based in Manitoba that offers virtual appointments.Founded by Chelsea Owasi, Registered Dietitian (BSc in Nutrition, RD), collaborating with
Meaghan Ewharekuko, Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP, BKin, MSc in Kinesiology).
Together, we specialize in evidence-based nutrition and movement, helping you make small, consistent changes that add up to a lifetime of better health.Science shows that combining nutrition and movement achieves the most effective results. We currently offer virtual one-on-one consultations either by video or phone.

Nutrition Coaching

Consultation with a Registered Dietitian. Personalized nutrition assessment, health optimization, and practical ongoing nutrition guidance for real life.

Exercise Programming

Consultation with a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Strength training, movement coaching, and fitness plans tailored to your needs.

Combined Nutrition & Exercise Packages

Billing & Insurance Information

Our booking site uses a secure payment system. A credit card is required for new bookings, but you will only be charged at the time of your appointment.✔️ We are in process of setting up direct billing to insurers. Stay tuned!
✔️ After payment, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement to your insurance plan (if eligible).
✔️ Receipts for some services are eligible for a non-refundable tax credit (see Canada Revenue Agency.
Our services are not included in your plan? Ask them to add Registered Dietitians and Kinesiologists to their coverage! We all play a role in advocating for better preventative healthcare.
